2. One (1) month prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be charged to your original credit card.

3. Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.

4. Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty-five (25) percent on the deposit received, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.

5. In the event of a cancellation, within seven (7) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.

6. Sorry, we do not give refunds for shortened stays unless weather, fire or other acts of God prohibit access to Yosemite West, or "safe occupation" cannot be provided (defined as power outage lasting more than 6 hours, flooding, structural collapse, no water, no heat, etc.)

Therefore, please avoid making a reservation, unless you are sure all your parties agree on the date, accommodation type, and cancellation policy.
